The name Stenia draws on the Ancient Greek root sten-, meaning narrow or constrained. For us, it expresses the power of focus: the clarity to see what matters, the discipline to make deliberate choices, and the strength to follow them through. And our hedgehog brings a little lightness to the story. It reminds us that serious commitment, paired with curiosity, humor and room to experiment, can take us further than we first imagined.

Mete Zadil, founder and managing partner of Stenia, has spent over 25 years in general management and board roles, including CEO, country manager and general manager positions in international and regional businesses.
He advises owners, boards and management teams through turnarounds, new directions, succession and sales. Known for identifying the real issue quickly, simplifying strategy and staying through implementation, he works with management teams, not around them.
