Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

2. Personal data processed and purposes of processing

Identity and contact data (name, company, email, phone if given) and the content of your message are processed to answer your enquiry, assess whether we can help and arrange a conversation. Technical data (IP address, browser information) is processed to operate and secure the website.

3. Transfer of personal data

Your data may be shared with the hosting and cloud data service that runs this website and with the email delivery service used for notifications. The servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye; any such transfer takes place within the framework of Article 9 of the Law.

4. Method of collection and legal basis

Data is collected electronically through the enquiry form and the website. It is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law, as processing directly related to establishing a contract, and Article 5(2)(f), the legitimate interest of the data controller.

5. Rights of the data subject (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction; to request that third parties be notified of these steps; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your request in writing to the data controller, including by email to mete@zadil.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
